At Movements we believe that change is as good as a holiday and different training techniques are the key to a great all round workout. That's why we have a selection of regular classes in the formats listed below:
Power Box.
An energy filled circuit workout for everyone. Utilising a variety of boxing and exercise equipment, get ready for a fighting fit, fat burning workout, to get you in the best shape of your life.
Spinning.
A non-impact cardio workout simulating an outdoor ride on an indoor stationary bike. Suitable for all fitness levels, this motivating class is a great way to send your fitness level soaring.
Circuit.
Boot camp commando style cardio circuit. Learn new techniques while getting a great workout.
Pump.
A non-impact class designed to tone and strengthen your body. Pump is a complete workout using weights to music. It is fun, motivating and gets you in fantastic shape fast.
Body Step.
A dynamic but basic Step Class set to music for a great workout. Pre-choreographed program by Les Mills.
Pilates.
Improve your core strength, increase your flexibility, unwind and get an all round body workout.Designed for all fitness levels, it is great for back or postural problems. (Adv. = advanced)
Stretch.
A great way to improve your flexibility. Learn the secrets in achieving ultimate flexibility through a combination of martial arts techniques.
