Healy's Health & Fitness.Healy's Health and Fitness is an independent fitness and training business that operates in synergy with movements fitness centre from their office inside the facilities at the gymnasium.
Graham Healy Master Personal Trainer and 8th Dan Self Defense Master can be found operating specialised classes in self defense, commando krav maga, boxing, tae kwon do, kick boxing, womens combat and childrens classes as well as an array of specialised stretching classes on most days of the week at the Movements Fitness Centre facilities.
